#### Ordering Paper Rolls

If you want to order receipt paper rolls, you can easily place an order by reaching out to Clover Experience. Just share the below details, and they will handle everything from there.

### What happens after you send the email
You will get a confirmation once the request has been processed and receive an SMS with tracking details once the order is processed by the paper roll vendor.

Please be advised that the order will be delivered within 5 to 10 business days.

### Where can I get more receipt paper?
You can find instructions on getting more receipt paper in Order Paper Rolls on the top of this page.

### I need help with the existing Clover system.
If you need urgent technical help for your Clover system, please contact our Clover Experience team on 1800 999 592 (option 2). You will need your Merchant ID and Serial number of your device. Alternatively, you can send an email to [support@artspay.com](mailto:support@artspay.com)

### How fast can I get paid?
Payout speed depends on your **settlement schedule**, which is set up when your account is created. If you’re unsure whether you’re on **Same Day** or **Next Day** settlement, email ArtsPay Support at [support@artspay.com](mailto:support@artspay.com) and we’ll confirm it for you.

### Can I get an additional Clover device?
Please email [support@artspay.com](mailto:support@artspay.com) with your additional Clover device request and our team can get that organised for you. Please request it at least two weeks in advance.
