# Commerce Control

##### What you’ll be able to do

- Run a detailed transaction search for a specific site/location
- Expand a transaction to view deeper processing details (auth/capture/terminal info)
- Generate a “Top Sites” settlement summary for a chosen date range
- Download monthly statement PDFs

##### Before you start

- Make sure you have access to the **Commerce Control Center**
- Have your **Site ID** ready (example: *42298585175553*)
- Decide the **date range** you want to report on (e.g., **Last Month**)

#### How to find a Transaction List
### 1) Generate a detailed transaction search
1. In the left menu, click **View**.
2. Select **Settlement**.
3. Scroll down and open the **Search** tile.
4. On the right side, click **Add Filters**.
5. Search for **Site** and select **Site Hierarchy** *(only if you have multiple Merchant IDs (MIDs))*.
6. In the popup:

- Enter your **Site ID**
- Click **Go**
- Select the site name
- Click **Go** again to apply the filter

1. Click **Date Range**, choose your preferred range (e.g., **Last Month**), then click **Generate**.

##### What you’ll see

A transaction list for the selected site and date range.

### 2) Review transaction details (and expand technical info)
1. Review the transaction list.
2. Scroll horizontally to see additional fields such as **Batch Sequence ID**, **Order Number**, and **Processed Amount**.
3. To view deeper details for a transaction, click the **Plus (+)** icon on the left of the row.

##### Expanded details can include

- Auth code
- Capture method
- Terminal ID
- Other processing fields


#### How to find a Overview Summary
### 1) Access the “Top Sites” summary
1. Return to **Settlement**.
2. Open the **Top Sites** tile.
3. Click **Add Filters** and apply **Site Hierarchy** again using your **Site ID** *(only if you have multiple MIDs)*.
4. Set your **date range** and click **Generate**.

##### What you’ll see

A high-level summary for the selected site, including:

- Sales count
- Net amount
- Processed sale amount


#### How to find a Monthly Statement
### 1) Retrieve monthly statements (PDF) on Commerce Control
1. Navigate to **View** → **Statements & Documents**.
2. Enter your **Site ID** and click **Go**.
3. Expand the relevant year (e.g., **2026 statements**).
4. Select a month to download the PDF.


#### How to find a Funding Records
### 1) Find funding records
1. Go to **View** then **Funding** in Commerce Control.
2. Scroll down and find **Generic Analysis.**
3. In **Generic Analysis**, update these fields:
4. Customise the **Date Range** for the funding date you’re after.
5. Change **Group 1** to **Funded Date**.
6. Change **Time Zone** to **Australia/Sydney**.
7. *(Optional)* If you have multiple Merchant IDs (MIDs), add another filter for **Site Hierarchy**.
8. Once you have entered the required fields, select **Generate**
9. Refer to the last column: **Processed Amount Paid** for the funding figure.
10. Also take into consideration:

- **Processed Adjustments**
- Any reprocessed fees

##### What you’ll see

- The amount funded into the merchant’s account after settlement.
