How is the money distributed to the arts?

The Artspay Foundation offers grants to the arts community. There will be several opportunities to artists in varying artforms, across Australia to apply for funding. The foundation is artist led and has consulted with arts leaders, workers and independent artists to build a foundation that gives in a sustainable and accessible way. We have commissioned a report to outline the gaps in current funding and where we can make the biggest impact in collaboration with researchers from RMIT. By signing up with Artspay you can access updates on the artists we are working with and our impact reports.

ArtsPay integrates with over 700+ POS systems or you can switch to Clover.

Do I need a new bank account?

You don't need a new bank account. All the funds processed land in your nominated account. We can work with any bank.

Yes, you can add a percentage or fixed surcharge to every transaction. It also is possible to surcharge different amounts for different card types.
