For larger organisations we can create a custom quote with Interchange++ pricing based on your payment volume. Get in touch.
How fast is settlement?
We provide settlement to your bank account 7 days a week. You get your money fast and you don't need to change your bank account.
For online transactions we provide settlement next day on business days only.
How reliable is ArtsPay?
ArtsPay uses the "rails" of a global giant (Fiserv). We have 99.9999% uptime with great redundancy and back up options.
Can you beat my current rate?
Yes, ArtsPay has the lowest pricing in the industry. Get in touch and we can create a custom proposal to lower your costs.
Can I automatically surcharge fees to the customer?
Yes, we can apply a surcharge automatically based on the card the customer is using like Visa/Mastercard or Amex.
Are there monthly rental fees?
Payment terminals have a monthly cost starting at $29. But there is no lock in contract.
If you need a POS, there is a monthly subscription based on the plan you select.

Any hidden fees?
No everything is outlined in the contract before you get started. Including fees for chargebacks.
Do I need to change my bank account to use ArtsPay?
No, we can send your funds to any bank account when you sign up.
How long does it take to get an account?
It usually it takes 5 - 7 days to get everything set up.
How do you provide low fees if you are a social enterprise?
ArtsPay is backed by a major payments company with the lowest fees globally.
Eftpos terminals: Hardware and software questions
Do your eftpos terminals integrate with my Point of Sale (POS) system?
Yes, we integrate with over 700 Point of sale systems. We provide integrated payments at a low cost.
What happens if the wifi or internet goes down?
Our terminals have Wifi, 4G and offline mode to ensure you can always take payments even if there are issues with connectivity.
How long does the battery last?
At least 8 hours of normal use. The charging cradle is easy to use to keep your device charged and ready.
Where is your support team based?
The ArtsPay support team is based in Australia.
We have some additional support resources based overseas for phone support only.
If my terminal breaks, how fast is the replacement?
For Metro areas we can replace terminals within 24 hours.
For Regional areas we can replace terminals within 72 hours.
We provide back up options including Tap 2 Pay and a virtual terminal.
