Businesses use ArtsPay to accept payments from customers. ArtsPay provides the payment technology, and 50% of profits from transaction fees are directed to the ArtsPay Foundation to support the arts.

How much does it cost?

ArtsPay’s fees are competitive with, and often lower than, major payment providers. There are no extra costs for customers and no hidden fees.

Will I pay more?

No. Many businesses even reduce their payment fees by switching to ArtsPay, while also supporting the arts.

Are there contracts or lock-in periods?

No lock in contracts. You can cancel anytime.

When will I receive my money?

ArtsPay offers next day settlement, seven days a week.

For online transactions we provide settlement on business days only.

Do I need to change my bank account to use ArtsPay?

No. You can continue using your existing business bank account.

How reliable is ArtsPay?

ArtsPay uses the "rails" of a global giant (Fiserv). We have 99.9999% uptime with great redundancy and back up options.

Are there monthly eftpos terminal rental fees?

Payment terminals have a monthly cost starting at $29.

Can I automatically surcharge fees to the customer?

Yes, we can apply a surcharge automatically based on the card the customer is using like Visa/Mastercard or Amex.

No. ArtsPay is transparent about pricing, with no surprise or hidden fees.

How long does it take to get set up?

It usually it takes 5 - 7 days to get everything set up.

If my terminal breaks, how fast is the replacement?

ArtsPay terminals are built to last, but sometimes spills or drops will mean they need replacement. Our team of roving technicians means we will have a replacement for you within a few hours for most metropolitan areas.

Do you have developers to help me technical questions for online payments?

Yes, ArtsPay has a great developer support team who can help you with any online integrations or technical questions.
