Restoke

This guide will take you through your Clover + Restoke setup from start to finish - helping you connect your POS to inventory, build recipes and suppliers, and confirm the sync is working before you go live.

⚙️ Step 1: Set up your Clover account & menu

You’ll work with the ArtsPay team to get your Clover account ready.

✅ What to do

  1. Confirm your Clover account is set up correctly.
  2. Build your menu in Clover.
  3. Add your:
    • Items
    • Modifiers
    • Pricing

🔌 Step 2: Set up Restoke & connect Clover

✅ What to do

  1. Complete the setup of your Restoke account.
  2. In Restoke, go to Integrations.
  3. Connect Clover and run the sync to import your Clover menu into Restoke.

🧾 Step 3: Build recipes, suppliers & inventory in Restoke

Once your items are synced from Clover to Restoke, you can start building your inventory system.

✅ What to do

  • Add your suppliers
  • Cost your recipes
  • Cost your beverages
  • Do a stocktake

🧪 Step 4: Complete a test transaction

✅ What to do

  1. Process a small test sale in Clover.
  2. Confirm the POS → inventory sync is working and inventory is debited correctly in Restoke.

🚀 Step 5: Go live with Clover + Restoke

Once the sync is confirmed and your recipes/suppliers are set up, you’re ready to start taking orders with inventory tracking.
