- Payment Links : create and send secure links from the ArtsPay dashboard, with optional integrations (e.g. Xero, Harvest).

How do I use the virtual terminal?
The virtual terminal can be used to take card payments over the phone. In the left-side menu, click Virtual Terminal, then enter the payment details.
How do I add users to my account / dashboard?
In the left-side menu, click Account → Users to add more people to your account. You can edit permission levels to keep your account secure.

How do I reconcile multiple payments?
All daily transactions are rolled up and deposited as one payment, which means there is an extra reconciliation step required. You can download transactions from your dashboard to support reconciliation.
